This is Marwar region of Rajasthan, we started our Tour from Mehrangarh fort and what better than to have kachori in breakfast on streets of Jodhpur.

In this journey i enjoyed Rajasthani thali at Jodhpur’s most famous restaurant: Gypsy. I was lucky that i could enjoy Kheech as part of the Thali.

  2. Whenever I have been to a marwari home or restaurant for food I have to come back and eat at home. It's because they r kanjoos and don't give enough. Whereas go to a Punjabi dhaba or a biriyani joint or a Malabar restaurant u will fill ur stomach up. Even they r less generous and lack courtesy. Only give dry fruits and suhali. But when they will come to our house they will eat like they were hungry for a month. Then compain how bad the food was. Like u guys r everywhere around India taking money from every region be generous. Instead they act like complete jerks. So I don't invite them nor go to their place anymore.

  3. राजस्थान के छोटे कस्बे तक बहादुरी और त्याग के निशान छुपाये हैं , बस ताजमहल कुतुब मीनार आदि के आगे उनके किस्से इतिहास की पुस्तकों में नहीं लिखे गए। टूटा foota खण्डहर भी तलवारों बरछी भालो की कहानिया समेटे है
